Hi tee pee, I just plough on as normal and assume that parcels will get there pretty much on time, I post out same day as the order comes in so they always arrive within the Amazon guidlines even if they are a day late.
It might be worth mentioning in your dispatch note that you hope that the post isn't delayed, but I think that most buyers will take a relaxed view about time scales at this time of year.0 -
thanks apprentice tycoon- off to the post office then.0

I have sold my first book for over £10.
The Silent Miaow, by Paul Gallico. for £14.95.
and my feedback is up to 2. Sales had started to slow up, and I had stopped checking so regularly, but this has brought my smile back:beer:Amazon Sellers Club Member Number 52
£2008 for 2008 Club Member Number 318
total YTD £75

Hi Folks
Just turned signatures on so I understand membership numbers, which mystified me before! Can I have one please?
I've now sold 3 books so my first one wasn't a fluke!!
A quick newbie question - what happens to my listings after 3 months? Do they go to "Closed" so I can relist them, or do they disappear completely?
Thanks again to all here for all the advice
Now off to look for that copy of "silent miaow"...

Hi Phil - the next number is 57 so claim it as yours, when your listings close you just re-list them, if you forget to do it they die completely after around 2 - 3 weeks.
BTW I read in a cat care book that the silent miaow isn't silent, it's just that we can't hear it...I doubt that it helps you find/sell a book but it's a little gem of info to drop into conversation...0 -
Thanks AT - as in Heinz varieties...
Our cats communicate in all sorts of ways!
They haven't told me where the book I want is though - but I found Jennie, which is also sought after I see. Thanks halojones for the tip

Hiya
Can I have a amazon sellers number please.:D I have just done my first month I have had 6 items sold and made £31.00.:T It's not the greatest but I am pleased with myself, only prob run out of things to list and the paperbacks in the local charity shop are all £1 so I can't imagine they are worth the hassle.
Where do you amazon tycoons go?0
