i've just logged into amazon to find my order completely vanished and no email either i've just emailed them to explain why!!

That's precisely what happened to me. Three e-mails further on and Amazon have finally given me an explanation, but no £5 voucher. I am now holding out for the fiver, out of bloody-mindedness more than anything else.

You will shortly get an e-mail from a nice Indian lady or gentleman and I can tell you exactly what it will say!!

I have been really upset by this. I phoned Amazon 2 weeks ago and was told they would be sending my order out in the next day or two. I then donated my daughter's Disney video collection to Oxfam and now she doesn't have any Disney films to watch

How weird, I got the order confirmation on 13 October 11:10am and the £5 voucher email on 27 October 12:04pm. I ordered before you any yet theres no sign of any boxset for me... And my £5 voucher doesn't work! Doh!

May I suggest the Complete Disney Pixar Collection (preorder this month) ... for £33 from HMV. Use the 15% code and quidco to bring it down from £45 (in sale) to £33.

Neither does mine! Went to use it yesterday and came up on screen already been used. Ermm not by me it hasnt! Have emailed about it but no reply, not really expecting one as they havent replied to my last one which i sent early last week!

You have to apply it to an order on checkout - not to your Gift Certificate account.

Love2Save - why give the videos away before you received it, thats just daft.
