I understand that you didn't try for/get a second R&R for the same goods from the same receipt.

I understand you received one R&R, then a refund for the goods under the Tesco 28 day returns policy.

My - 'Never realised that people might try and claim a second R&R with the same receipt when they have already received one. I suppose that is where a criminals, criminal mind sets in.' was not aimed at you (really!), it was in response to Constantine's post concerning why CS mark up a receipt after an R&R has been given.

I had not considered (although it is a logical possibility) that certain people would try multiple R&R's with the same receipt i.e. a criminal act(s).

Its hard not to respond....Ive requested 3 or 4 times tonight (and the other night) that we take this to the ethics thread.....without response (except from Ben)........although the OP seems to accept yours, MUNT's and Bens explanations.....his later posts maybe suggest not....

You know this whole Xbox thing, was it possible for you guys to go and pick up like 1 from 10 different stores and get r+r on them ALL? Or do you always have to give in name, address etc when getting r+r on big items?

Re your question, I heard that some people went to 10 diferent T stores and got 10 free X-boxes, along with PSP's ( Tekken 4 is awesome, as is Gangs of London) and DS lights...terrible isn't it:rotfl:

Also hear you can get a fridge / freezer full of meat, and some free books, kids games,dvd's, beer, champagne and if Mr t is feeling really generous you can even get pc :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Yes it would be possible and yes some did do multiple consoles.

If you went in to 10 stores and all 10 had the same item miss-priced...

Lol - my question was a joke..

What you replied was exactly what I wanted to know though. Like yeah loads of stores are gonna have items mispriced, so if one was able to locate the same item, allbeit an expensive one such as an xbox, in numerous stores, they shoudn't have a problem doing this?
