evening guys, how are your local stores shaping up for stickered DS games lately?
Mine seem to have gone nearly all cheaper games 2 for £30 and removed all of the stickers that were stuck to the games which were nearly always wrong0 -

I think we have been around this loop before.
Scam or Scamming is slang, therefore there is no one or official definition.
So there is no true definiton.
Many slang words have different meanings in different regions, these differnt meanings can be even greater between different English speaking countries.
e.g. Go to the US and ask a barman for a Fag !0 -

Although for some reason they seem to move managers after about six months (well that is certainly the case at my local store.
Its damage limitation. If you have not been in a role for more than 6 months, you can not be held accountable for anythingWho or what was I before you came in to my life

Do I hear any type of apology.....an apology for what ?
My original response to your £600 post (not that you were telling everyone how much your total R&R was for the day ;-) was:
It could well be seen as fraud.
I did not say it was fraud.
I would do most things, but I would not do what you have done.
I stand by this statement because I still could not do what you have done.
You did do it that was your choice,0 -

It just does not seem right trying to claim money back for something I had spent no money on.
Never realised that people might try and claim a second R&R with the same receipt when they have already received one. I suppose that is where a criminals, criminal mind sets in.
You've still got it wrong
I didnt take them back for a second RandR.........I took them back for a refund only.
As for the next bit.....is this a wind-up!!!Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

As of today I am more glad than ever Tescos is getting hit by R&R's. They deserve it. Their signs really are misleading and worse than other super markets.
For example, today in Sainsburys I saw a sign reading
"2 for £2.50 on selected salads*.
*Salads on offer marked on pack"
And sure enough, selected salads has a 2 for £2.50 SEL AND Sticker.
The Tesco equivalent is:
"Sensations 3 for £3".
Some flavours on the shelf will have a yellow SEL with 3 for £3. Few flavours, selling at the same price, will not have a yellow SEL and not scan under the offer. Hundreds end up paying full price on all 3 packs.
This results in a shi**y battle with CS who give you "but those are not included in the offer anyway. No overcharge."
And it gets worse. They remove the SEL and do not replace it so they carry on overcharging for the length of the promotion. Even a few people who may have noticed that a few items which would logically be under offer, but not buy as the individual SELs conflict would get scammed after the first R&R.They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0
