I finish work in ten minutes and I don't want to now! Thanks so much for the help. I'm gonna leave it a day before I post it. I'm too wound up at the moment, I'm usually a very good complainer. H&M once gave me £50 vouchers 'cos they rejected my debit card

Nope. I just assumed it was a badge that Phil wears on his lapel that makes him look like he's some sort of official from the local council.
