I got R&R Daredevil DVD a few weeks ago Stickered £3.93, charged £6.96

    Now it's in a '3 or £18 or £7.97 each' sale

How this company gets away with fake sales like this make me so angry.
It also helps remove any guilt I may have from R&R

Today coincidently, my OH remarked on how much she is learning about MrT's sales......How the price goes up for a BOGOF.....ie

    Washing tablets.....normally £1.35.......today £1.99 BOGOF
    Box of Biscuits.......normally £1.99.......today £2.99 BOGOF
    Bleach..................normally 52p.........today 88p BOGOF

Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry has outdated SEL on but shelf price applies.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Not sure what the 6 bottle packs of Carlsberg Export were before the BOGOF was introduced (it's been on so long!) but I would be mightily surprised if it was £7.49, which is a joke price. Tesco have no credibility left...

I was just wondering if anyone knows where the chocs and champagne are in the stores?
I've searched 5 big tescos & haven't seen them at all, maybe they just aren't selling them
Are they on the end of the aisles or actually down one of the aisles?

    Thanks :D

In Stockport they are in the spirits aisle in a 'alcohol xmas gift' section (along with minatures and special glass sets etc...

I went into a Tesco earlier & i noticed behind the CS desk that they had a notice saying that they won't allow you to 'bulk buy' 10 items!

Does this mean that if i wanted to buy 15 bottles of water i wouldn't be allowed? Never noticed that before in any other stores.

Highly unlikely they would stop you buying even 20 or 30 bottles of water. But if they overcharged you and you tried to claim R&R on them, now that's usually when the bulk buy clause enters into the equation.

Yep they pulled me up on this once with burgers saying it was 6 packs only, was one of the first R&R's i did so i let it pass, yet i am forever bulk buying water etc in this store.

i think if it happened again i would stand firm. If they want people to abide by this rule they should enforce it at the checkouts.
