    Evening folks,

This is my first post and im a newbie at this R & R stuff but its great,

Got 5 boxes of Lindt choc's
    2 books (horrid henry)
failed on Nigella Lawson (eagle eyed operator)
2 boxes of champagne and chocs (actually got 4 but they refused other two r & r coz of bulk buy policy, phoning head office tomoro, any tips greatly received!)

    Thanks for all your posts!

P.S. I work at CS at asda and know their policy inside out if any one needs tips.

I always engage the SA in completely inane chatter until the offending product is scanned and returned to my trolley. Works every time. :D
I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!

Perhaps you could give head-office a call, and see if they'll adopted the tesco approach to overcharges :D

  • Hiya all - can anyone tell me if they have recived their cheques on the xbox misprice some 26 days ago? As I was overcharged on a xbox30 I was promised a cheque from the helpdesk HQ - all true details given to the said person after it happened - called last week to see whats happening and they saaid a cheque was requested and should be with me at the end of last week - did it heck!

Gave them a extra week and called again today- still no cheque, more excuses, so starting to smell a rat here and found the receipt again and still within the 28 days return policy by 1 day and promty return a xbox today to get my £££ back.

Empty promises tescos doesn't do you any favours!

Voting with my feet and going to Morrisons now for the main shop, I will hit back in style soon so watch out as the tomtom has been loaded with all of your stores and 1 full credit card waiting for that moment ;)

I had a panic attack in my local tescos today - had to visit customer services to refund the 3 brollies i got the other day, you know the ones in the xmas gift section. They are absolute rubbish for £4.98 each !!!!!!

Anyway whilst waiting for my refund to go through I glanced up and NO customer service policy board - the one with the - we will refund if you are overcharged at the bottom. in its place 2 liquid hand washes !!!!!!!

Panic bells started ringing - have they changed the policy etc etc I quickly scanned the area - a bit like a chicken caught in head lights - PANIC PANIC PANIC

Oh calm down they had moved it to just inside the entrance - whats all that about ? - nearly asked for the paramedics for resuss, obviously people stood at CS desk too long have been quoting the policy and crafty Mr T decided to not make it so easy - naughty naughty - why are you trying to spoil the fun Mr T or is this your way of playing with the rules to keep us on our toes.
Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T

Yeah, its a bulk refund not a bulk purchase, they have broken their own rules by selling u 4 in the 1st place.

Any one from Tesco confirm the bulk policy on buying and refunding?
