If you have a white sticker with a single price, giving no indication of it being and introductory line/discontinued line, I'd gladly come down to your store and take those unwanted items off your hands, Constance, what is your locality ?

It will not be your decision if it's wrong, whether the customer gets one or not, it's your board that makes the policy, not you. If you break the policy, you break the law on behalf of your company, hardly CV enhancing material.

does anyone know if tescos are getting some more motorolarslr7's phones in again? we have a red one which shows discounted price and a black one which has sold out but has white sel on it

Has anyone on here had any response from letters regarding bans?

I'm just in the process of writing a letter to the stores general manager and just wanted to know if anyone has had a reply from a store yet?

I want to go through the store first before going to head office to see what they say and if they drop themselves in it.

Thats because the clothing 20% off comes off at the end of the transaction as a multisaver and the self scanners can't show multisavers

hi, i am new to all this and have been reading all the info with interest,so i went to my local tesco (tower
park poole) bought 4 books - price on cover £3.93 price charged £4.97.off i go to cs, no luck, very rude, so i have emailed head office this morning.
the books are all jacqueline wilson.
love lessons,the lottie project,best friends,dare game,lola rose and clean break.

This is deffo an R&R - you should complain to HO now by phone

cs staff offered me the difference which i did'nt accept, they got a manager who said the same, she got fed up with me in the end and walked off, hence email to head office.i will see what they say and go from there, i won't be giving up and will be going to all my local tesco's to see what i can find - and post them on here of course!

Bought 2 x 4 packs of fosters today, on offer at £6.30. Scanned at this price, but the offer was due to end yesterday. I wanted to buy them anyway, but am I the only person in the UK not to have had a R&R yet ??!!!
I am getting really hacked off, all I want for Christmas is my 1st R&R !!!
