Had 2nd hand car for 16 days and its broken down, what are my rights?

It is beyond belief after all that's happened you would have thought they would have been confident the car was right before giving it to you. What a bunch of morons they must be!
Even if they get it right this time how long is it going to be before you gain any confidence in this car?0 -

Hartwell Hereford poor customer service thread of the year.
You might have warped the head with all that overheating. Make sure you get it compression tested and check for oil in the coolant bottle.0 -
Still not got car back so I think it is now time to call it a day. I have given Hartwells every opportunity to put things right and they do but then something else goes wrong. I am going to try to get a full refund. Wish me luckSealed Pot Challenge member #982
