I ordered vouchers last night and they came thru within around 2hrs. Only problem is that although the item was in stock and the system 'processed' my order, telling me it was at the warehouse to be dispatched, I received a phone message today advising that it's out of stock and they will have to arrange a refund. She didn't say how so now I'll have to call to check! Just my luck...it was lotso huggin bear!
  • I'd also ordered some toys and collected from store and when checked at home, a lego item was missing - eventually after contacting CS and them promising to call back, but didn't.... they offered to credit my card with the full amount - however I swapped it for an alternative toy!

How do you order bedding online with double-up vouchers? On the bedding I've looked at it just says 'free delivery when you spend over £50' - it doesn't mention the 'big clubcard exchange voucher' as other departments do for the items that qualify.

I don't want to change the vouchers online, only to find out that the items don't qualify.

    Thanks

If you have double up vouchers for OOS items can you not just spend them on something else in store then exchange that for the other item when it's back in stock? Then you wouldn't miss out on the double up.

Managed to sort it. When I went back online later, the pages came up with the exchange voucher details and the delivery details this time.
Now I just need to hope that I get the code emailed in time. (I had planned to shop instore until this blooming weather!).

How long did it take to get the code ???

They have a countdown clock on the website to exchange and redeem your vouchers so im expecting that they will get all codes out today.
No point advertising it if they cant achieve it.

Im hoping anyway - been waiting an hour for my online code.

I have applied for £75 of vouchers today for toys and electricals and have received all codes within about 2 hours.
  • It's not too late folks to take advantage of the double exchange vouchers for using online purchasing. I've just put mine in and am waiting for an email. As it states email can take up for 48 hours to come through, I looked up the T&Cs and ....

    13. I didn't receive my Clubcard Big Exchange eCoupon codes in time to spend them by 5 December. What can I do?
Because there have been a few customers experiencing this, we have decided to honour any eCoupon codes until 8 December, i.e. you will be able to redeem your codes until this later date.

I'm using mine for Wine - some excellent deals
    £30 in vouchers = £60 to spend
Wine before savings = £120! - half price deals = £60 total and with vouchers = 12 FREE bottles of wine!

    :T

I changed £10 in vouchers into £20 bedding vouchers online and collected instore last week. I wasn't impressed with the quality so returned the item to store today.

I was given a gift card with £10 on it. Is this right? The assistant wasn't very helpful. She said it was a return due to my changing my mind and I had to point out that this wasn't the case, I was returning it as I wasn't satisfied with the quality. I asked if I could exchange it for something else for £20, she said no.

So it looks like I've lost out on the double-up. I asked if I could have the vouchers refunded to my account (in case they do a double-up in the future) but she just gave me the giftcard instead.

Is there any way I can get this altered?
