I was told by someone (but don't quote me on it cause i know people can be wrong sometimes lol) that you can return them back into your normal points by sending them off to clubcard themselves. There is a clubcard freephone number somewhere on tesco website.

Yes, I would agree with that, if at the close of the promotion, you still have voucher exchange tokens, you could send them back to Clubcard head-office to credit back into points - at the original voucher value.

    Hi
I ordered clubcard vouchers to use on a Best Western hotel in london, i'd done all the research before hand, got the price rang up and checked availability,

received my tokens rang, up and was told that this hotel was not included in the promotion, and neither was any of there london hotels, as you can imagine i wasn't happy,

yesterday i came home from work and hubby had contacted all of the other hotel chains and i could only get 1 room in london and it was with Ramada Jarvis chain, and i would have to put £100 towards them, which i wasn't really bothered about, he'd only gone and sorted it out, booked it, and even sent off the vouchers by special delivery

problem is, there is a code on the side of the voucher, now is this code for the Best Western group or is it just a general code for the hotel chains, i'm sure i've read that somewhere.,

    Any help thanks. xx

If your item is out of stock when you come to order it. Order something else from the same department & when you go to pick it up say you've changed your mind.

The doubled up money will be put either onto a money card or refunded straight back into your bank.

can you pick up clothes from store when ordering online or do you have to pay the postage. i exchanged my vouchers last week but when i went to order online they were out of stock and now i am wondering i wish i didnt bother exchanging them.

Heres one for you. Ordered 100 pounds worth of diy online vouchers. Ordered a 100 pressure washer. Put voucher numbers in at checkout. Had 5 pounds left to pay on postage, so put that on bcard. What happened next--105 took from barclaycard, and vouchers dissapeared from my account

Rang to sort out. Young man said tough , its in our terms and conditions we can do this, we will just send you vouchers back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the young man said ' why, what do you think he's going to say, that i haven't already said'.
I started to get cross then and said i wouldnt budge until spoken to someone in authority, The supervisor from direct, passed me to vouchers dept, vouchers passed me to clubcard, and clubcard passed me back to direct, where i started!!

anyway, in the end 1 hour 3 mins on phone, and eventually got money back.
    defo wouldnt do this again!!!

I spoke to customer services last week as the lego I want to buy with toy e vouchers has been out of stock since I got the voucher codes to use on line!! I have tried to see if there is stock in store too but no :(

Anyway CS told me that if its still out of stock when the voucher exchange finishes then contact them and they should be able to put them back onto your account. This is as long as you have done all possible to use them for the toy you want i.e sign up the email to say its back in stock. If the toy comes back in stock and you haven't bought it they aren't under obligation to put the points back into your account he said.

How many of us have stuff out of stock that we want to buy? Mine has been out of stock for 10 days now :mad:
  • Hi

  • I purchased some bedlinen & curtains using doubled-up vouchers, delivered to store. Curtains too short so took them back to srore where collected from... chose other stuff from stock in bedlinen promo to exchange, but the very nice man at the collection point said that he couldn't exchange them and gave me a gift card for the cost of curtains £35 (ie £17.50 vouchers) which I could use against any purchase throughout the store! Nice!
