I placed an order, but a different one a tenth of the value was delivered to store, luckily I got the member of staff to check the box at the counter. When I got home to re-order over the phone it was part out of stock so as a goodwill gesture they refunded that bit to my card for the full value and gave me 750 points on my clubcard to make up for my wasted petrol driving to collect. The new order was delivered to home for free.

My " stuck " order has had to be cancelled. Luckily only one of my items have gone out of stock, and I have chosen a replacement.

Sadly it looks unlikely my order will not be delivered in time for me going away on Thursday , but at least ( I think) I shall be getting it eventually.

Tescos CS think that the majority of these orders will end up being cancelled - I believe there are several dozen in the same situation.

The system won't let me use more than voucher code at a time! What do I do?

Details: I'm ordering £41 of items from the bedding section and doubled up £20 in vouchers, so I had two £20 codes to enter. The total with shipping is £46. I also entered a code for £5 off Direct orders (this worked fine before I put in my "double up" codes). Now that I have all the codes in, it shows on the coupon page that only one £20 voucher will be accepted, but when I go back to the checkout page it isn't evening honoring that and shows me with a full £46 to pay. Has anyone else had this problem, and what did you do?

I am guessing that if you don't use the £5 off coupon you'll be okay. What might be happening is that the £5 is being taken off the £41 leaving £36 to pay so therefore only one of your ecoupons will work. The money off coupons don't work on postage.

Just for info, I ordered a couple of extra ecoupons tonight and rec'd the email with the code within an hour of me ordering them :)

My order was still over 40 quid even with the 5 quid voucher off. However, I took the 5 quid voucher out this morning and the order did work. :)

But that's your total incl carriage, your pre-carr. total is £36.00 hence you can only use one £20 voucher. Voucher exchange tokens do not pay for carriage, your direct discount came off your pre-carr (sub) total not your grand total.

The 5 quid voucher I used works toward shipping so it actually took off the shipping leaving 41 to pay, and my exchange vouchers still didn't work with that 5 quid voucher in there. I read on another thread that it works on shipping, and I put it in when I first had a total of only 21 in the basket and you're supposed to spend 25 quid to use that 5-pound code, and it took off 5 pounds because my total with shipping was 26, you see? Doesn't really matter at this point for me, but for others they might want to know the 5-quid voucher just doesn't mix with the double-up vouchers.

Also, I couldn't even use one of my 20-pound exchange vouchers with that 5 quid off voucher in the basket. It wouldn't deduct anything from my total, not a single voucher.
