If your item is out of stock when you come to order it. Order something else from the same department & when you go to pick it up say you've changed your mind.
The doubled up money will be put either onto a money card or refunded straight back into your bank.0 -
my order was in stock when i have placed the order i have a order reference number but for some reason or other the order has got stuck in the system. so now got to wait for a couple of days to see if the order can still go ahead or wether i have to re-order. but there wasnt really anything else i could see that i wanted online so just hoping it is all in stock still0

You are very lucky if you get this. I was told if an item was returned that only the original amount would be returned and not the double up as stated in the terms and conditions.0 -

Is this definite that you can do this? I have £80 of toy vouchers for online but all toys are oos - but they have them instore - so if i just ordeer other toys and then change my mind instore they will give me back vouchers to spend instore?0 -

Not according to the terms and conditions but it does say that you can exchange to the same value in the same department so you should be able to exchange for the toys you do want.0 -

I even told them I had paid by double up vouchers & only a couple of £'s on my card but all was refunded back to my card.
No moaning by the staff , they were brilliant

Probably another case of the staff not understanding how their own scheme works!! Like the post yesterday when someone was told that a dolls bottle was not a toy!!!!
I hope they all do this but you cannot take it for granted that this will happen as I said in my last post as I was told that if I returned an item(computer) only the original amount of the clubcard vouchers would be refunded and it does say this on their leaflets.0 -

Well i will be taking it further if i have not heard anything by thursday morning as it is not good enough when they say we have used the vouchers and there system has messed our order up so we have not recieved the goods :mad:0 -

I have been trying to speak to someone in authority, to take this further, however, I have been unable to , and my frustration is boiling over - I do hope you get your stuff - I am losing faith, and I was so looking forward to wearing my new outfit to my sons 21st this weekend.I don't know much, but I know I love you ....<30
