I called up my local this morning to check they had a phone in stock and the guy said yeah we got plenty of them so went in and doubled up £40 worth to £80 and went into the phone shop and the guy goes to get my phone, only to tell me he made a mistake and they don't have any in stock, he made a mistake. Now i'm stuck with these vouchers and they don't know if or when they will get them in....great!!0

Grr...first time i've exchanged, next time i wont bother! Exchanged last wed for double on electrical so i could get tv. 6 days later and 2 phone calls and numerous e-mails and i still haven't received my code and the 3 tvs i had my eye on are gone. Spent 15mins on hold to then be told "you are on wrong department" so had to re phone and hold for another 35mins(great with a toddler) to then be told we e-mailed you the code. Nope you didn't. Technology eh!!!!! I now have to wait on another email for my code cos for some reason they couldn't just tell me it over the phone....i need a wall...where is it:rotfl:I'm gonna predict i wait forever to get it! Roll on santa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:j:mad:Don't do high street shops anymore:mad:

i ordered £280 quid in Stenna Vchrs 2 wks ago, got email confirmation last Tuesday to say despatched - but still have received nothing.......im a bit worried.
If they fell into the wrong hands would someelse be able to use my vchrs????Saying Thank You doesn't cost anything :beer:0 -

I asked about a computer that was £399.50 told I would have to pay the £19.50 in cash and could not buy anything else to make it up not even computer related items.0 -

I would not worry about it yet I have found that the despatch date bears no real relevance to when they are actually sent out and they often come over a week later.
Ringing them will do no good as you have to wait for 2 weeks from the despatch date before they will do anything.0 -
Anybody else jad a prob with tesco clothing online with the voucher reward scheme
i had probs ordering to start with and went to ring them the morning after to find that my basket was empty.
then after re doing order it went through or appeared to been checking on my order and it has said in progress for 6 days so i rang them this morning to say it was stuck for some reason and the lady i spoke to is going to have to go through to a different department and it will take up to 2 days and she will get back to me.. she also said that i might have to reorder items again .. so i asked if it would be possible to have vouchers changed to instore as some of the items i had ordered were in clearance and will prob not be in stock now.. but changing vouchers to use in store is a no go

You've probably checked your spam folder, because a lot of these emails are ending up in there.
You could also be in for a long job when you do get the codes. There's a separate code for every £10 voucher - £1000, for example, will involve copying and pasting 100 separate codes!
There are long delays in getting these emails out with the codes, and the delays appear to be getting longer. There are extra security checks for large amounts.0 -
If anyone from Tesco is reading this would you please address the problem somehow of items going out of stock by the time the voucher codes are received.
