Hi- Just to give the heads up for anyone trying to double up vouchers instore.

I spent 1hour 15mins queuing to try and double up my vouchers at customer service as the system kept crashing!!! Most fustrating thing is that this is the third time this has now happened this year!!

Also worth knowing that ordinary tills cannot do double up- you must do this at customer service first and receive a reward receipt to give to cashier. lots of people today caught out and vouchers cannot be refunded once scanned through machine

Grocery shopping = face value, Voucher Exchange e.g. Toys (make sure you know if you're going to buy in-store or on-line, and order the right tokens) = 'double', Rewards e.g. days out, hotels, mags., resturants etc = 4 times (til 5 Dec).

Got my first set of Clubcard vouchers last week. I have been online to use them and entered the first voucher code for £20. I got an error message saying this voucher number has already been used! Well it hasn't, I only received them last week. Should I just go and buy the item in-store?

has any one been in to s!!!!horpe tesco? thinking of going down half hr before closing today and doubling up for a microwave,would do it on line but i want to look at some. bit of a trek for me if the system is down

All of my ecoupons have been validated and I will have my PC on Tuesday!!
What a lot of hassle though!

I doubled up £70 of vouchers to buy a Sony ereader. Vouchers emailed to me same day. Trouble started when I tried to checkout the vouchers. Got a message saying these vouchers cannot be used for this order. I rechecked my info and yes the Sony ereader was part of the computer vouchers deal. So whats the problem. Called Tesco Direct C.S. seems the item was giving problems as not a computer but in this section. Advised to keep trying as their techy team trying to sort out. Tried several times until this morning when got got online to find item now OOS. So my dilemma will the item come back into stock before this deal ends(5th December) and if not will I get the £70 vouchers I doubled up back. Anyone know:rotfl:

so not only do i have to exchange them but i have to use them by the 5th aswell.

are rewards different then, and perhaps better for me to do, i originally wanted xbox games but there not included.....

new to all this!!! lol
