VOUCHERS FINALLY ARRIVED!!!!! at 16.50 today:j.............glad the phone number for queries was free because it took 9 phone calls totalling 3hrs 52mins over 3days to sort out problems!!!!:(

Would like to think alls well that ends well but I am still waiting on 3 promised "we will call you back with an update/resolution" return calls :mad: For me this still equates to the abysmal cs I have come to expect from Tesco.

They seem to forget that these "free toys/clothes/wine" are only available to us through our loyalty of shopping with them on a regular basis.
Rant over.........back to bargin hunting for the rest of my crimble pressies!!:T
    Fi x

I'd agree with you on all that - and I'm still waiting after well over the promised 48 hours, despite various failed assurances.

You'll get refunded in cash(to your card)

I used this promo last time and had to return a £50 kiddizoom vtech camera, i ordered it knowing i didnt want it and that they would refund me cash so that i could buy a proper digital camera for my son as these werent included in the offer last time. (the SA told me I could do that)

So even if you piad £30 with vouchers and £30 with cash and you returned your entire order it would all be refunded in cash.

I asked about returns instore yesterday, as I wanted to buy an e-reader. They only had one left instore and I wasn't sure whether to buy it in case they sold out, but when I asked about the possibility of returning it the girl said that I would only be able to do an exchange within the department (in this case laptops, netbooks and ereaders).

Just been told by the Clubcard people handling this that 'larger' orders are taking up to 28 days to process because they have to go through extra anti-fraud security checks. Fantastic - what a shambles!
I was told this too. Ordered my e-vouchers 60 - 65 hours ago now. They told me to ring back Monday if I stll haven't received them.

By the way, any news on how long codes are taking to come through today? I ordered £50 (doubled up to £100) for small electricals earlier this evening and am wondering when they are likely to be emailed back to me. Thanks xx

I am also still waiting for £80.00 vouchers code, 52 hrs waiting now! definatley a shambles! the items i wanted now oos, if as they say may take 28 days buy that time it will have expired, it states vouchers must have been ordered and spent buy 5th Dec! What a money spinner for Tesco! If they then have to go back on my clubcard, they will then only be worth 3 x value

If anyone is doubling up to buy wine instore, these are all Tesco Finest and on 2 for £10 until Nov 30th. Stock was limited in my store though, I'm going to go back first thing tomorrow and hope they have had a delivery:

I've now waited four and a half days. Phoned CS again and was told it could take 48 hours from them being 're-sent' to me yesterday. Felt quite sorry for the person I spoke to who said I was the first person who'd not shouted at him today. Do you think they'll be any toys left when/if I do get my vouchers? I'm a bit reluctant to change the rest of my vouchers to pizza express tokens incase they never arrive!

Well I still haven't received my CC mailing so no vouchers for me yet, but I noticed when I was in Tesco today that there was a big sign taped up to the "Big Voucher Exchange" desk saying that the system was totally down and they couldn't do any exchanges  so it seems that whether you want to double up instore or online, there are problems and it's totally hit and miss!
  • I doubled up my points online as I had just over £100 of vouchers. I've just recieved my ecoupon codes so took about 6 hours and ordered a netbook for the good price of £39.00! very pleased.

Sorry to hear others havn't had a good experience, that sucks :(
