I've still not had my code sent via e-mail and 2 items i wanted to spend vouchers on are now os and discontinued, grrrr!! But hey ho, im not a misery guts...got the crimbo butterflies brewing in my tummy!:rotfl::mad:Don't do high street shops anymore:mad:

quick update from me. I am no further forward with buying my PC I have spoken to umpteen very pleasant but ultimately very useless people :-( who cannot explain why my clubcard vouchers are redeemed but my computer reward ecoupons are not valid for my computer order and are being held in a sort of limbo. I can't use them, I can't cancel them, nor can I delete them and start again!! I'm getting really cross and I am struggling to remain calm and polite on the phone when I am explaining the whole palaver yet again.
Can anyone help, wave a magic wand etc etc??

I changed £20 into £40 toy evouchers and bought 3 toys on Wednesday for my nephews to be delivered to store today. Yesterday morning I spoke to my mum and she has bought the same toy for one of them. As she is the Grandma and also doesn't drive I felt it should be me who returns the item. So I rang Tesco direct last night in the hope I could change the item for a different one. But apparently you can't cancel just one item you have to cancel the whole order as they have been boxed together. So I ask if I could cancel the order and then reorder but was told that then the double up vouchers have already been used and no longer valid. So now I have to wait for my order and collect and then try to change the toy instore for a different toy. The reason I did it online is because my local Tesco toy supplies are already really low and I had more choice online. Really frustrating!JULES

Just been told by the Clubcard people handling this that 'larger' orders are taking up to 28 days to process because they have to go through extra anti-fraud security checks. Fantastic - what a shambles!0

Is anyone still having delays getting their email with the codes?
I ordered £40 worth of clothes tokens first thing this morning and had nothing through yet - please tell me i'm not the only one!!
The toy ones I got yesterday came through in a couple of hours.

Finally got Tescos to admit there was a problem and am waiting for them to call me back, not hopeful of a swift resolution.
After being advised that I should have ordered my vouchers earlier, as if this is all my fault, this has become a "mission" for me!!!!!! I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again poor,poor,poor customer service Mr T.

VOUCHERS FINALLY ARRIVED!!!!! at 16.50 today:j.............glad the phone number for queries was free because it took 9 phone calls totalling 3hrs 52mins over 3days to sort out problems!!!!:(
Would like to think alls well that ends well but I am still waiting on 3 promised "we will call you back with an update/resolution" return calls :mad::mad: For me this still equates to the abysmal cs I have come to expect from Tesco.
They seem to forget that these "free toys/clothes/wine" are only available to us through our loyalty of shopping with them on a regular basis.
Rant over.........back to bargin hunting for the rest of my crimble pressies!!:T
