Now I'm confused

Ordered £40 of exchange reward vouchers (toy e-vouchers value £80) yesterday. Didnt panic when I received the confirmation email stating despatched within 5 days.... due to a number of MSE posts on this thread saying code would be emailed despite wording in email.
However:
At 4.32 this morning I was sent a despatch email......no codes......saying evouchers had been despatched:eek: panicking a little now!!!!
Will the codes still be emailed or do I need to query the email with CS?
Any one else recieved a confirmation and then a despatch email prior to receiving emailed codes?

Update: phoned CS who advised a problem in the system (who'd have believed it!!!) advised to ignore despatch email and told to phone back if codes had not arrived via email within a further 2days.........not helpful when items are constantly going oos!!

I'm going into store today, have £70 in cc vouchers to change over, that should take care of a good few pressies for the kids, i mean santa!!

I've been having problems going through the clubcard voucher exchange process online. Everytime I added the amount of vouchers I wanted to exchange to my basket and clicked on checkout I got an error. I use Google Chrome Browser. Today I tried it again and same problem. However, I tried again using an internet explorer browser and it worked. So if anyone is using Google Chrome and is getting the same error, try using Internet Explorer instead.

I'm using internet explorer and had the same problem earlier so it was probably just an error at their end at that time. All gone through now.

Thank you so much :T I've been trying for 2 days and just a few minutes ago using Google Chrome and had the same problem with the error / broken link pages. Just did as you suggested and used IE instead and it worked! X

After failing to swap my vouchers online last night due to the website crashing repeatedly i got up and managed to swap £50 vouchers for £100 toy vouchers at 6 this morning. I have also got an email stating they will be posted in 5 days - the thing i want to buy is online anyone know how i do this? Do i have to go into store to order through the Direct desk????

I ordered my vouchers monday morning, and they sent the codes to my spam box about 3 hours later, then got a confirmation email to say they had been despatched tuesday.

I am a bit of a novice when it comes to clubcard vouchers as I am not a big spender ( single , on a budget ) so my vouchers are usually only between £2-4 and I just use them on my shopping ( wish I saved them up now! )

BUT my November voucher has not come in the post yet!

Seems like everyone else has got theirs!!! ... Do you think mines just in the post or gone missing?

Its only for £4 ( last of the big spenders! lol ) so I can't even double it up as it has to be minimum £5 I think?

There are some £2.50 into £5 ones but most are rubbish deals

Anyway - Is there a way I can double them up for something GOOD? eg in store?

And is this delay in even GETTING my November voucher in the post normal??
