Yes you change your vouchers online but it may take up to 48 hours for your codes to be emailed to you.

I doubled up £15 for toy vouchers yeasterday afternoon and email came 4 hours later with codes. hth:)

Sorry, I'm just a wee bit confused because when I get to checkout it says, "We will send your tokens within 5 working days of your order being placed." Yet the order is for 'ecoupon codes'. If I proceed, will they definitely be emailed?

Feeling a bit dense about all this!

I've just done this and it's left me confused, It said it was sending me £20 and it would be sent within 5 days, it also wanted me to confirm my delivery address...
But I submitted £20 of vouchers which I wanted doubling to £40... oh I've got brain ache!

It said that on mine too, and I thought :eek: but somewhere it does say that the codes will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Glad it wasn't just me! Have bitten the bullet so hopefully £80 of wine coming my way, yum yum! :beer:

I seem to have lost £5 worth of vouchers (according to my statement) - does anybody know if they will replace them if I phone and ask? Can't find anything in the FAQ.

Wonder if anyone can advise - bought mobile phone today (PAYG) using vouchers 2x but not happy with it- lady said I could return it when I bought it if I wasn't happy so that should be ok! (we will see). How will they refund me will they return my vouchers?
Incidently just noticed it was £10 cheaper online...which annoyed me..

From the t&cs

Any refunds for purchases made using rewards tokens will be equivalent to the Clubcard voucher value originally exchanged.

I might be wrong but I'm sure I read somewhere the last time that somebody got a giftcard.

Actually, have to be honest and say suprised they will give refund for the phone given I have opened it but the woman assured me prior to purchasing that they would.

I wouldn't like to take a guess at what they will do, hopefully someone else will reply before you go back.
