Thanks Sally, i tired again just before i left work & managed to get the order thru, with all 3 vouchers accepted, i got the finest chilean sauvigaun blanc & finest pinot .. 12 bottles for £62 delivered(free) cost me £2 out of pocker, but £1.87 cash back with quidco ..:T

mine are being delivered thurs ... cant wait to try them, if not to my taste they will go in xmas hampers

Hi oh im a bit lost as how to do this online, ive got a £10 voucher and a £16.50 can i exchange these for the toys department the way its set out online its only £5 vouchers for toys is this right? sorry to be a pain lol xxx

I didn't buy a monitor but I did buy a desktop and had exactly the same problem, in the end it took me 5 hours to get it sorted which included 3 car journeys, 6 telephone calls and a logged complaint! Basically the long and the short of it was there was a problem with my vouchers and therefore the only options they gave me after speaking with the Tech department was to ;
1. I send my vouchers to them and they send a gift card
2. I send my vouchers to them and I pay for the item to get it sooner and they would refund me
3. I went instore where I doubled up and got the vouchers exchanged for money cards as gift cards take 24 hours to activate and did not want to take the chance of the item going out of stock, this was the quickest way!
I spoke with a team leader so I would advise you speak to someone higher up.
I hope you get this sorted, it has been a total fiasco!

Have you got the tesco catalogue? It may be worth putting in the desktop catalogue number as I could not find the desktop I purchased yesterday but when I entered the code it came up and was still available, it was £499!

just order what u have enough for and then put in codes it will take wat u are due iyswim

Well I managed to get someone to admit it's on the list! They said there's an error on the website & it'll be correct through the night. I'm not going to hold my breath. I've got printouts to proove the monitors were shown to be in the offer, so if it's not sorted tomorrow I'll have to write to head office, again I don't hold out much hope.

My MIL gave me £15 of rewards vouchers can I double them in store or do I need to have her/her clubcard with me? Also I have a £5 off clothing voucher from my rewards mailing, can I use this at same time? Santa needs 3 x pj and robes this would be a big help!

Have you tried to order over the phone? That is what I ended up having to do even with the money cards! If there is a problem with your vouchers Tesco Direct will be able to tell and if they are not going to work will be able to offer you an alternative! If person you speak to just trying to fob you off (they seem to be doing a lot of that at the moment) stand your ground and ask for a manager to deal with it!
