Im looking to exchange to buy a shaver but ive no idea about this thing. Firstly is it the book of vouchers they send you ie before you exchange for a reward. Secondly do I have to go insore to exchange as I dont have a tesco extra nearby. I have a little tesco will they change them or can I change online. Thirdly can me and oh club together for the shaver.

same here ..& just tried to use the 3 vouchers that i ordered (So £60 value) & will only let me redeem 1 voucher .. the erms & conditions say more than 1 voucher can be used as long as the cost is the same or more ... which it is, my total is £63

anyone got any ideas on how to redeem more than 1 voucher? do i need to call them & orders

i exchanged my vouchers yesterday to purchase 2 scooters for the kids but it wont execpt my vouchers at checkout for the scooters surely these still come in the toy categorie really annoyed as it was the only things i wanted

Yes ... & it accepts all 3 vouchers (hold them on screen) but only 1 can be used for payment?

have a look on the website, search for scooters and they come up in several categories, find the ones you wanted, if they are ok under the double up offer then they will have a "big clubcard exchange" link in the listing. if so, you might need to have a word with tesco customer services over the phone to try and sort out your problem. not sure if this helps, but you never know

it defo has the link in the listing on both scooters i wanted just tried again adding a few other bits but as soon as the scooter goes in it takes my vouchers away grrr

Ordered £10 worth of electrical vouchers for online use, they said they'd be posted to me but turned up in my email an hour later!
