Waiting for order confirmation but nothing happening for about 20 mins... If the clubcard part of the site is down maybe the whole site is falling to bits!! (Did the Boots.com people design the Tesco site too?!!...)

I haven't seem them in 'normal' stores but they do have then in the stores with the phone shops, or they do in my local ones.

It may be worth saving your vouchers, as depending on network you can buy these on payg for £129.00, so you're only really getting £30 for your 'double up £25', if that makes sense.

My DS is also after one of these for xmas, but I have found that it maybe cheaper in the long run, depending on how much you are going to have to top-up to go for a contract.

Gutted, was hoping to spend my vouchers on some nice bits for the house but home stuff isn't included - typical! Might have to treat myself to some clothes instead.

This happend to me! I spent 5 hours in total today from getting the vouchers instore to finally actually buying my product!:mad:
You need to call Tesco Direct and ask to speak to a Team Leader, she/he will then hopefully be able to help you. My 3 choices to rectify this were:
1 To return the vouchers and they would send a giftcard
2 Pay for the item, I would send vouchers in and they would refund
3 (Quickest) Take vouchers to store near me and exchange for money cards (Gift cards take 24 hours to activate so takes longer if you are in a rush to order).

If you ordered online I would expect the only way would be option 1 and 2 but I may be wrong, better talking to a team leader.

I hope you get this sorted, it is a total fiasco and Tesco's should be ashamed for not being more organised after all the arrogant PR that has been going on!

YEY!! successful order at last! Gave up with my stalled order confirmation page and rang Tesco helpline. V.nice chap helped me sort out my crashed order and re-ordered my order. No problems and my vouchers were still valid. If you're having problems would recommend you give them a call and see if they can order for you. This is the second time I've called Tesco helpline and I have to say they are excellent - really helpful and have sorted out my orders and refunds with no hassle.

I did my vouchers on-line, and received an email was the order number. Is this the code i use to order my goods,because i've tried it and it doesn't work.

Or is it just confirming my order and a code will follow later.

can someone who has succesfully ordered let me know.

Can i just put my original clubcard voucher in and get double the amount of when checking out online (i.e. i have 19.50 and will i get 39.00 off at checkout) or do i need to double them up first and get a new ecode number ?

jacqjimmy - you need to double up first, and depending on what you're doubling up for you can only do it in multiples of £5 or £10
