My account will only take one voucher as discount and the others are 'greyed' out. Does this mean only one double up e-voucher per order? I cannot get through to Tesco as engaged all the time!
Fab - assuming this is on the tesco wine site - think thats where I will use mine0 -
Can you double up online with your vouchers?
Just looked and you can! Wooohoooo0 -
I am a bit confused and wondering if anyone can help please?
I got my club card vouchers today. I don't often shop in Tesco, so usually get about £1 - £2 of vouchers. I got £19.50. I can only remember going to Tesco twice in the few months and spent around £15 both times. I also bought petrol once. Why have I got so many vouchers. Are they already doubled up? Though I still can't think that they would come to that much.0 -
Hi, yes i did mine this morning. Double up worked fine on toys, got a vtech digital camera for £9.95. You go to the clubcard site and follow the instructions. They then email you some codes that you use when checking out.0

You may be getting rewards from other areas, such as petrol or e-on electricity etc, or you may have handed in a 'extra points' coupon that you forgot about.0 -
I've never done this before, am I right in thinking I can exchange the vouchers online and use them online? I was looking at mobile phones and underneath them it says "Big Clubcard Exchange", so I assume I could do this all online? Any help or tips appreciated as I'm a newbie at this!0

No, they're not already doubled up. I'm not sure why it's so much though. That doesn't seem to tally with your spending habits.0 -
Has anyone actually been able to use their e-codes at checkout. I got my codes via email and rushed straight back to checkout to use them, BUT.. it's saying that I can't use these codes against this order! I have called both Tesco Direct and Clubcard, but staff seem non the wiser.
Any ideas, anyone??

I think if you exchange them online you can only use them online but you can order into your nearest store so you don't have to pay delivery. The booklet you get with the vouchers explains most of itHTH
