Nope all clubcard vouchers so not sure why they not showing online they are all still in date too.

If you have the physical paper vouchers at home, check the codes on them and compare to what's showing online. They "should" either be in the spent or unspent sections! If you can't find them on either, then I suppose a call to Clubcard CS would be the first suggestion. Hope you track it down!

I'm having problems with my Clubcard vouchers showing properly online, when I log in to my account it's showing as they have only ever sent me £2 (in feb 09), I have spent £2 and I've got £0 left to spend.

When I logged in the other day there were £24 of vouchers unspent, £35.50 altogether and £11.50 spent. I ordered 2 x cineworld tokens at £3 each, and one Bella Italia voucher at £10 = £16 altogether, therefore leaving me £8 unspent (which I was saving to go with the £25.50 I'm getting with this latest mailing)

I've just called to query why it's only showing as £0 now but they can't tell me why. I've now been told I have to find all the vouchers I have and go through the codes over the phone one by one so they can tell me which ones are still active...

Really not very impressed :mad:

What an utter Fiasco this has been! It has taken me more than 5 hours, 3 car journeys, 6 phone calls and a logged complaint to order through the double up! Why on earth are a company the size of Tesco's with all their fancy PR stunts not more organised?:mad:

Just to give you a wee laugh......I called clubcard this morning at 9am to ask when it was going to launch online and to ask how we would exchange our vouchers online........20 mins later 'sorry about that Mrs?, we had to google to get the answer'
I think that just sums the whole thing up!

I've really had enough of Tescos now. Been trying for hours to double up my vouchers and keeps saying there's an error!!! Have even phoned and all they said was we're really busy keep trying! I've checked to make sure the addresses are the same, i really can't see what the problem is apart from they're useless!!

You must have redeemed AND used your double up vouchers by 5th December, according to their website.

I had the same problem but it did let me do it finally after about 20 failed attempts - just waiting for the email codes and hopefully the toys I have in my basket will still be in stock but completely agree they are useless!

I exchanged mine and OH's vouchers this morning within minutes of each other. Received my codes hours ago but still waiting for OH's. Annoying!!

Hi everyone just to inform you all that I went to Tesco Redditch today and got A LAPTOP!!!!! YES, I had £200 in vouchers and they doubled it up to £400 and I got my son a laptop for xmas.

I was so happy I was almost skipping out the store.

There are plenty of laptops and plenty of those lovely tv/dvd players for bedrooms in Tesco Redditch so get there quick if thats what you want.
