I have checked online about vouchers i had misplaced. Turns out they were sent to my old address and they have spent them! Can i getthem back at all? And is there anyway i can check who stole and spent them?

I didnt think that you could use vouchers without the corresponding clubcard. Blimey, some people. When i received some from a previous tenant i sent them back to tesco. I hope you manage to get them back.

I don't get mine via Royal Mail any more. They are showing as DHL but actually come via HDN and the last 2 lots came on the last day of the time they are allotted to deliver them, I also got someone else's envelope last time too.

Only saw this on the order form after I had checked my item was in stock (like it says to do) then went to convert vouchers into e tokens (as it also says in the literature). After I had done all this and went back to check stock levels again, would you believe it my item is now out of stock!!!!! Not happy, no e vouchers emailed yet, item out of stock and now left with vouchers for a department i dont want anything else out of...........what a game:mad:

I am so confused by clubcard vouchers, we have £32.50 worth at home but only £19.50 showing online whys that?? Also do you have to order them to be doubled up or are they automatically doubled up? Thanks

Are some of your vouchers collected with a Tesco credit card (you would get 2 separate envelopes) as these don't show with your actual clubcard total. I just spent ages working that one out myself!
