Hi, can anyone confirm how to change vouchers for online? last time had to do in store but someone above says can do online? anyone had clarification? many thanks

I am om the phone as I type and typical Tesco style they have not got a clue what is going on! Yes you can exchange online but they don't know how!

I have exchanged online, but now not sure how I get the voucher as sayes will be sent in 5 days!! which I hope is wrong

this is for laptops....

1. These Computers eCoupon codes are for use at Tesco direct and cannot be used in store, on the tesco.com grocery site or in other departments.

2. Decide how much in Clubcard vouchers you want to exchange, on the right, and click 'add to basket'. Every £10 in Clubcard vouchers can be exchanged for a £20 Tesco direct Computers eCoupon code.

- any change from your Clubcard vouchers will be credited back to your Clubcard account in points and carried over to your next statement.

3. We’ll email your eCoupon codes to your Tesco.com email address within 24 hours.

- To ensure that your Tesco emails get to your inbox, please add DO.NOT.REPLY@tescofreetime.com to your email Address Book or Safe List.

- please note: each eCoupon code is made up of numbers and letters - these codes must be entered as printed, in full, including the hyphens ( - ) and are CASE sensitive.

4. More than 1 eCoupon code can be used in a single transaction, however the total cost of the products purchased, including any discounts, must equal or exceed the value of the eCoupon codes used.

Yes just called them and told upto 24 hours for ecode to be emailed. Im impatient hurry up please.
