just to let you know, I just rang tesco direct helpline to ask if tv's are included in this offer & was told YES tv's under 24"!
You have to do it instore though, so off to Tesco this morning

I've never used my vouchers in store so have a couple of questions.

I have £15 worth of vouchers (=£30) and OH has £10 (=£20) will we both be able to have these exchanged and then combine them to buy one big item?

We're looking at getting a portable DVD player, has anyone any idea whether these will be included. Keep refreshing the clubcard site for more info but nothing is happening.

Hi Lexi- if you look on the tesco direct website all the items included in double-up all have a message below them confirming this. Doesn't look liek dvd players are included, I'm afraid.

It says in the Metro that if you want to use online you can exchange online! They def updating site as my November statement is claiming a zero balance which is def not right! They may be trying to add November Statement so can use for this offer?

8.53, on the Tesco Direct website, no indication here that the "Double up" promotion is on yet....can anyone else check it out...have emptied my cache etc and refreshed half a dozen times....

Not you! Definately not launched online yet......Come on Tesco's get your act in gear........National page ads and still no proper info regarding exchange!
