Incidently just noticed it was £10 cheaper online...which annoyed me..0 -
Does anybody have the answer to this for me please. I've ordered £15 worth of vouchers to double up on toys totalling £35 and I also want to buy some phones which cost £39.98. Can I double up another £20 making £40 to use against the phones, use both codes on the same order or will the code for the phones not work because the phones are just under £40 even tho' the total of the order is well over what both double up vouchers total.
thanks0 -

You can do that, any change will just be credited to your account.0 -

I think your spend has to equal or exceed the total of your vouchers.0 -
I ordered on Monday, 2 sets of ecodes, first came in an hour - to my spam folder, 2nd lot took about 3 hours.
Ordered 2 tv's for the kids for xmas, first one went easy, 2nd one took ages to checkout and I kept gettting errors, I was scared to refresh incase my vouchers disappeared, btu eventually decided I would and slowly it managed to checkout.
One tv came yesterday the other today so for me its been a great dealAlways on the hunt for a bargain0 -

I was just about to say the same... they won't let you overspend even if you tell them they can keep the 2p!!
I know last time round I was buying a toy that was £29.97 and they were only going to take £20 of vouchers off me not £30, so I had to scrabble around for the smallest cheapest toy I could to take it over £30!!0 -

As others have said, you have to spend at least £40 on phones to use £40 in vouchers. I got a phone that was about £35 and then added an item in the phone/accessories list that was just under £6. Brought my total to about £41, so I could use my £40 in voucher codes. Worked out better paying £1 in cash rather than the £15 I would've paid for the phone if I'd only used £20 in vouchers!
Lower-priced items in the phone/accessories list include things like a corded phone, various car chargers and car kits.0 -

Everytime I added the amount of vouchers I wanted to exchange to my basket and clicked on checkout I got an error. I use Google Chrome Browser. Today I tried it again and same problem. However, I tried again using an internet explorer browser and it worked. So if anyone is using Google Chrome and is getting the same error, try using Internet Explorer instead.
I reported this issue to Tesco Customer Services this morning. They just rang to thank me saying they weren't aware that there was a problem when using certain parts of their site with the Google Chrome browser. Their IT department has checked, as yes, there is an issue with using Google Chrome so until they resolve it, best to try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer. She also said they have had 1000s of phone calls over the last few days about people not being able to get through the voucher code ordering process in general and that they are working on it.0 -
Over 36 hours now since I ordered my e-vouchers.
Just checked rewards site and order is showing as dispatched via royal mail today:mad:

From a supposedly 'world class' company, this is all looking like a total foul-up calculated to drive even more of us away to that nice civilised Waitrose store round the corner where it's so much nicer to shop.0
