I am panicing too - ordered vouchers for toys to spend online and have got a confirmation this morning as well. The item it is for isnt instore!!! Any help please ....????// thank you
I ordered my vouchers monday morning, and they sent the codes to my spam box about 3 hours later, then got a confirmation email to say they had been despatched tuesday.
Thank you - just checked spam folder and found my codes !!!!:beer:0 -
I haven't had mine either yet but the site did say they should all be received by 19th Nov. x0

Ordered £40 of exchange reward vouchers (toy e-vouchers value £80) yesterday. Didnt panic when I received the confirmation email stating despatched within 5 days.... due to a number of MSE posts on this thread saying code would be emailed despite wording in email.
However:
At 4.32 this morning I was sent a despatch email......no codes......saying evouchers had been despatched:eek: panicking a little now!!!!
Will the codes still be emailed or do I need to query the email with CS?
Any one else recieved a confirmation and then a despatch email prior to receiving emailed codes?

Update: phoned CS who advised a problem in the system (who'd have believed it!!!) advised to ignore despatch email and told to phone back if codes had not arrived via email within a further 2days.........not helpful when items are constantly going oos!!0 -

I think its a bit of a joke, on clubcard information it says check your item is in stock, then exchange your vouchers, what is the point in checking stock if it takes 48 hrs to get a code back?!
Mine have been over 24 hours so far, just called them and its still pending I have told them if what I want is oos by the time my codes come I'm going to be really annoyed as I could have changed them up in store for other things.0 -

Guess I was lucky, although when they did come through, I tried for nearly a day to use the codes online (quidco) I kept getting a yellow banner saying the exchange vouchers could not be used temp problem with site?? In the end I just ignored the banner and proceeded through the checkout, item is on its way.0 -
I broke down and decided to treat myself to a new phone even if it means paying shipping, lol. Now I just have to wait for those codes! Exciting stuff, hope they still have the phone I want by the time the codes arrive! Thanks for all the tips!0

Check they havent gone into your spam folder - thats where i found mine!¬0
