Argh - it is such a pain writing up a tedious MS report when you are tired and just want to go to bed. I did one like that last night. Writing up one of my least favourite reports where the client is, I feel, unnecessarily picky and expects their staff to be performing 100% at all times . I only keep accepting that assignment because it is somewhere I normally shop so might as well get £10 off the bill.
I have done a couple of MSs this week for manufacturers who want to know if their product is being recommended. No it isn't was the short answer. But so refreshing to fill in quick questionnaires with check boxes for what was recommended and why rather than having tedious commentaries of how I was greeted in a store....
I hope you can have a restful and rejuvenating weekend.
Take care xMortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Hi all
Chocs the reports can be really long-winded can't they ? i have been really selective lately though and only put in for MS's i really want to do (as the place it is suits me) I've stopped looking on some MS sites because of the small fee and the very lengthy reports. Actually i have been wondering lately where i got the time to do everything i did
I'm just popping in here whilst listing stuff on the bay of e - pictures take forever to upload so whilst it works on that i am having a quick catch up.
I must evaluate Octobers list and get on with Novembers list soon. Birthday meal out later and i have no idea what to weari am sure i have something but can't think what... Plus i am walking there so will need to take that into account as well
Have about 6 items to list at over 99p and then a couple of things at 99p.CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Wow, that is some list
.
I feel like I should make a list now! I've done virtually nothing this weekend. I was supposed to be away and decided not to go because the weather was awful and I've hurt my ankle/got shin splint so trying to speed up recovery by having my feet up. Have you also taken a break from running whilst you have been ill?
I'm getting a bit fed up with the running injuries. I only started this summer and have spent more time injured than running and just want to get on with it. I entered some races in advance to keep me motivated but I keep having to miss them because I haven't been able to train. I really hope that I can get a few months of running in soon! I booked a race for the start of December and need to get training asap.
I also started to get pickier about the MSs I accept and always look at the questionnaire before getting carried away and saying I'll do it. The ones I really object to are the ones that ask a series of questions which involve giving a blow by blow account of what happened. And then have a question saying describe your visit from start to end .
I have found there is more work about at the moment, I suppose in advance of Xmas, so I have a few MS lined up this week.
Have a good week xMortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Hi Chocs
Haha! I think we are both thinking of the same place with the reports :rotfl: But well done on having a few MS's to do. I think I have sort of gotten out of the loop with itI intend to kick start it by pushing myself to do some of the scarier (for me) MS's
Don't worry about having a relaxing weekend i'm not sure that i did that much this weekend
Hope you recover from your injuries soon x I haven't done nearly enough running - when i get completely exhausted i struggle to do *anything* so running is out of the question as is walking anywhere that is not a complete necessity - it really is that badBut i do need to start up exercising again
