  • I'm sending positive vibes for the assignment. Get the main points down and don't worry too much about the style if you are running out of time.

Positive vibes from me too :) Your essay probably isn't as bad as you think it is, and it's definitely better to submit something rather than nothing.

As you know with my course this year, I thought everything I submitted was truly awful as I couldn't manage with the morning sickness and everything else. I passed all but one assignment with MUCH higher scores than I expected. Even the one that I technically 'failed' I did better than I had thought, and those points still bumped up my end grade. Lets just hope I pass the end of course assessment on that basis too!

  • You are doing well. I see you have £61 in the monthly challenge :D and the OU work is going well.

Your post has reminded me that I need to get properly organised again. I knew I had let things slide for one reason and another; everything seems like hard work at the moment; but I even missed a concert last night because I forgot to go :(.

I think my ankle injury is finally getting better so I might be joining you (virtually) on the 5k runs soon. I have learnt why runners talk so much about injuries. Every small muscle imbalance and weakness that in ordinary day to day life might only cause an ache or niggle, is amplified many times by running. I am finding out that it isn't really the running that is the problem, it is all the underlying health issues. At this rate, with all the rehabiliation exercises, my body will be in the best state it has ever been in and I won't have even run very far :rotfl:. I'm hoping I might be in a good enough state to parkrun next Saturday. I won't be expecting a great time but I like going and there is a really nice bunch of people there who are encouraging to the slow coaches like me :D.

Must go in search of things to Ebay I think before you race ahead of me in the monthly challenge ;)

  • Hey Chocs - sorry you missed a concert hon x

Hope your injuries all clear up and you get to your park run - i should have been running today but me and my fella went for a walk instead :)

Done another hours OU to add to my tally and i have been decluttering apace!

At the moment i am already looking forward to next weekend for a break - only because i had to go out yesterday and today and then tomorrow i have an appointment - next week i am hoping to have 1 day where i can just do what i want all day :)
