  • Morning All! So lovely of you all to pop in on me :D

The first thing i need to find out is where the weekend went? I could not believe it was monday and back to glum work already :(

I am so sorry I did not manage to pop in this weekend - i did overall have a rather enjoyable weekend - but i don't think i achieved much :o and i don't think it was very MSE - maybe i should give myself a score out of 10 after doing the roundup of the weekends activities ? ;)

So it started off with a 1 hour round trip and add to that chatting time helping my Mr - Going picking my Mr up and bringing him home. This could not be helped. I then continued with usual washing etc. food shop, posting last parcel, running an errand for a family member (30 mins). Getting home and making complaint to company as nothing has been done since i last compained (20mins) Waiting for someone to come out for the service and then finding out they weren't coming - again couldn't be helped but not great that i only found this out 10minutes before their last stipulated arrival time so would have spent the 40minutes in between getting back from shopping moving said shopping and washing pots doing something more productive than tidying (as in shoving it all out of the way tidying :p as there wasn't time to do more) And then dropping my Mr off at the 1 hour round trip place before coming home and starting tea. I am now beginning to see how alot of my time does go on other people and maybe need a bit of time analysis

Saturday i took myself off to the first carboot of the weekend - i bought myself a book but bought my Mr something, my mum something, my sister something and my niece and nephew something  this is how i was not very mse :o but they were things that were appreciated so that is good. I ran 3 miles :T i read for a bit and then headed out for what should have been 2hours - and got home the next day - Ooops! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Was a great social occasion and i had lots of fun and lots of laughs so that is all good :D

Sunday arrived and at a very early hour i was at my second carbooty of the weekend. I got myself an outfit for work - which i mentioned i need a few weeks ago - it is definitely more office smart than i usually am :o so that is good and a good price and in great condition too :D I also got a couple of other bits i had wanted for a while which is great so i was pleased with that and as i'd only got a few bits i didn't spend much either. When i got home i was a fairly tired soul so decided to have a wee rest before tackling the accounts  and ebay  and all the other things i should have done and then i got a 2 minute warning about an unexpected visit from family cue biggest rush again throwing everything out of the living room into any old hidey hole  - i didn't need to run after this i must have scootled up and down the stairs about 20 times. Anywho's they stayed the whole afternoon. It was lovely to see them but when they left it was time to prepare tea and try and re-discover the bed after i had turned it into a clothes/paperwork/craftimg avalanche! So sat down to tea at 7pm with no accounts done, a very small amount of study achieved and lots of other things on my to do list!:eek::eek:

    *Gulp!*

Whilst tea was on i quickly relisted all bay of e stuff but did not get any new listings on so i am a bit disappointed about this and need to organise this sort of thing better really.

The accounts are now hugely hugely urgent and i am off work on friday and will be trying to get all of this finished off then and POSTED!

I have discovered that my course seems to require alot more than 14hours a week as there is alot of stuff to do that they don't put down a timescale for but which is nevertheless time consuming. i have also discovered that the course makes extensive reference to a different course (and the coursebook) which i have not studied  So have spent the best part of 3hours studying this today. To be honest the course i am doing is a higher level of the earlier course so anything i study will definitely help - although it would have helped if i'd actually done the course too!

I picked up a big outlay MS again  So that will need to be swotted up for and done this week and I have had one of those letters about the rising cost of fuel so i'll need to put that onto my ever growing to do list.

Priorities are paying bills, studying a bit each day, and recognising i am making small progress in lots of things - other items will become urgent as the due or 'to do' date approaches such as the accounts. I'll try and get on here a bit more this week but if you see me here on friday HOLLER at me about the accounts!! I have also just remembered i have agreed to help a family member on friday who has had a tough time of things of late and again the day cannot be re-arranged - i'll work super-hard and hope that the 4 hours i dedicate to them will be enough to get everything done. And i'll try to remember to have patience when i turn up and they have done nothing in preparation and in fact have toddled off to their friends for a bit so aren't even in when i arrive *and breathe*

jwil - i'll try and PM you again this week and i'll pop into peoples diaries over the next few days.
