    Hi Guys

I've been really good so far on my new diet (I know its only day 3, but Ive had some hard challenges to face:p).

At work, I had to ignore an open Quality Street tin with CHOCCIES still in it!!! Which I did:A

I went to mams today and declined a TOBLERONE TOBELLE Chocolate, and loads of Elizabeth Shaw mints!!!:A

I will not give in to Temptation:T

Ive had my sweet cinnamon porridge for breakfast. I made a chicken carbonara with spaghetti for dinner and for my tea I had 4 ryvitas with pate and cucumber for my tea with a cup of tea.

Im feeling positive this time and love to keep up with you guys.

If I have missed you off or you wish to join either challenge please post and I'll pick everyone up before Wednesday's chart.

If you are taking part in the North v South Challenge and want to be in the North or South teams please pm me your starting weight for the challenge - this will remain confidential between you and me and will only be used to calculate the % weight losses for the teams (and means that any advantage with different numbers of members or weight is evened out).

If you want to take part in the North v South Challenge but do not wish to pm me your starting weight you will be put in the inbetweeners team and the teams loss will be calculated on your loss in lbs rather than %.

We're usually a friendly thread, with some useful tips and info ...and quite a bit of waffle that's not useful at all!
    ...mmm, waffle, DOH! :wall:

Sorry puddings I have to disagreee ;).... we're always a friendly thread and the waffle about dishwahsers, beds and inverted willies is the best bit actually.

I don't think that my head is yet in the right place to join either of the teams. Could we have one for % gained ~ I'd be quite good on that at the moment. :(
