Joking aside, where does the "belly" go when you put magic knickers on

Alyssa - Would you be able to scan your SAS log and PM me one or email it even, or consultant do you have one that could be emailed please? Think I need an SAS. Today was going so well until someone produced a tin of Terry's chocolate orange segments  Hopefully they will have eaten the rest by tomorrow. I was having such a sh1tty day that I gave in. I think I had about 6 or 7 of them  They were lovely though, especially the ones with bits in them :o

I've struggled today, mainly because I've been at the bread again - result: bloated, sugar cravings, trapped wind. Early start tomorrow, back on the cornflakes, and plenty of Rosemary. Lunch at the moment is unknown, but I think I have some soup I could defrost.

Dinner? Haggis, neaps and tatties - if you get the proportions right it's even quite healthy (even if that does mean it's neaps, tatties and haggis ... !)

My theory is that because fat is quite spongy, it compacts inside the magic knickers. They really do work, as Alyssa says, well worth £18!

I had to attend a funeral recently and I was panicking because I knew my black trouser suit trousers were tight, but wearing magic knickers underneath made all the difference - and someone told me I looked really slim :D

Eels - you do realise that most of us sassenachs won't have a clue what tatties and neaps are don't you! :rotfl:

You obviously don't watch Trinny and Susannah! ;)

They are - how shall I put this... a foundation garment...! Like a pair of cycle shorts, i.e. full coverage from waist to thigh, with some compression, which takes inches off us ladies' problem areas!

  • Wow! had a busy couple of days, came back and there is so much to read and catch up on!!:rotfl: I have laughed and laughed, been encouraged and inspired! You all are really amazing, this is a brilliant Forum :T after reading it for a few pages I feel I can definatly loose weight, get to goal a keep going THANK YOU EVERYONE!

Ive had an 'up and down' week, Ive been Very busy and havent been so good at recording everything I ate like last week, and havent planned my meals so well either. Did manage the gym on Monday and was so engrossed watching 'Deal or No deal' that I kept excercising and did 40 mins on the cross trainer! so I was pleased with myself. Get weighted in tommorow morning - I dont feel very confident due to 'time of the month' (sorry lads) as I feel quite bloated today. But on the possitive side have given up bread this week and eaten quite alot of home made soup.

My only Lapse was whisky! My Husband was given some Glenmorangie (which I so enjoy) so have had some nitecaps this week so hopefully hasnt done too much damage.:o

I am 40 next year in June, and would love to get to my goal by then.

Well better go and get some beauty sleep!! and see what tomorow weigh-in brings.
