    Hi Lois,

    Can you add me please.
My total loss is 26. Target is 42. TBA 16.

I have plateaud over the summer as I was lucky enough to have a few holidays.
I am doing Rosemary Conley and have a very good instructor.
I am doing Salcacise at RC. I have an Orbitrek at home and sometimes I do cycling, dancing and walking although have a busy lifestyle so find it difficult to fit it in (don't we all).
I am very motivated at the moment after having received a lot of compliments recently at my brothers wedding (from younger men as well !!)
I have a few social things coming up (including running a chocoholics party tonight) so need a bit of support to get through those.
I am very motivated at the moment as I really want to make progress before christmas as I have been going since January and I don't really want to carry on dieting into another year (although I appreciate that healthy eating and exercise is required for life).
I am posistive that I can make good progress if I stick to the plan.

    Good luck to all.

Hugs to consultant, Hope you are feeling a bit better now. A hot port and off to bed with a hot water bottle should do the trick. Oh, and plenty of TLC!!

Suggs and Lois thanks for the laptop advice. I think work would buy it for me I would also like to be able to use it at home. Many of the hotels I stay in have the hot spots and coffee bars so that would be great.
London was good, and I was not too bad. Had to buy lunch for everyone on the course today (company pays) and they all wrote down what sandwishes they wanted. More than 1/2 went for low fat option or veggie only one went for a BLT which was a guy. I did buy crips for all but also bannas which I thought was ok. But then I ruined it and bought sweets for everyone. I know I did feel bad.
THis is getting too long off to make dinner in a minute, venison steaks (never done them before or had them before but they are quite lean.
No pudding and golf Sat and Sun so should be good.
Take care all and welcome to the new memebers.

had a good day, toast and a banana for brekkie - no butter - sushi veggie roll for lunch, lots of water - turned down choc and wine at the hairdressers.... then 2 ham rolls with beetroot - no butter - lots of carrots and plums and a glass of wine

think that's ok for today for a change
