    Hi all

Sorry not to have been on for a few days but have been busy getting stuff ready to go on holiday. I was determined not to put the tumble drier on yet but it has been difficult getting laundry done so yesterday I gave in as I needed to get organised with packing and ended up doing 6 loads!!!! So now 6 loads of ironing to do

Not going anywhere fancy Suggs just to scotland to see my parents again lol - I go regularly so that they can see the little one and vice versa.

Diet has been ok but I know I am going back to SW when I come back as I just need that extra motivation that weighing in at class gives me.

Anyway hopefully I will get back on for my weigh in on Friday - good luck to everyone and speak soon.

Flip, I dont know how you lot get the peace to do your workout dvd's.
:rotfl: I had a really funny image of a dishevelled honey stomping round the house with the remote in one hand and a dumbell in another!

I get up at 6.45am to do mine, and OH is banned from the sitting room while I'm in there. He gets up soon after me to walk the dogs anyway so I usually manage 20-30 minutes alone before I make his lunch. I couldn't manage it if I had little 'uns though, no way! It's hard enough to do star-jumps and uppercuts with two mutts trying to join in ...

Had a great day today 'til teatime - didn't get home til 7 so I was famished (despite stopping at Tesco and buying a pear for the drive home) and ate waaaay too much. I also know I've got a crap few hours ahead as I'll need to go in to work through the night, so generally not feeling enthusiastic.

Never mind, Day One tomorrow! :D

    Have a lovely holiday Moira.

Eels, I have just done the warm up and the first part of the dvd and I resemble a ribena berry -in fact, I actually look like this

Crikey I am soooo unfit, where's suggs with the oxygen
Its seems quite good, its some fitness girl with all different celebs doing seperate parts with her. Its the one that supports breast cancer so at least I have done my bit for charity in buying it. Off to do part2, if I am gone some time dial 999 :rotfl:

TallGirl - Wifi is definitely the way forward when you're on the road a lot. If you've got a laptop it's easy to upgrade with a PCI adaptor, which will pick up on wireless networks when you're near one, but for real freedom you need an air card, which accesses the internet using WAP technology, like a mobile phone. More expensive, but you really can surf wherever you happen to be, providing there's a signal.

Evening all, sorry been busy at work off late and shattered tonight :o

Lois, just checking but I thought a PCI card fits a desktop and a PCMCIA card (or PC card for short) fits a laptop. You can also get a USB stick that make WiFi on the laptop or PC. This been if your laptop doesnt have WiFi built in. Sorry Lois not trying to tread on your toes. Have to admit would like an air card. but work wont buy me one :(

Tight Im going to bed, ache too much tonight.

Delly and Honey - both having birthdays in a few days, and both live in Northern Ireland - are you two twins? ;)

Honey - Can I please be your twin? Then I'll have magically dropped 3 or 4 stone to become a trim size 12/14.....

BTW - my birthday is tomorrow - Friday 13th! (and I share my birthday with Mrs. Thatcher) does that give you any ideas about my personality?:rotfl:

I've no plans for anything special. I prefer to celebrate christmas than my birthday - there's no reminder of how old I am and once I hit 30 I stopped celebrating. DS is one on 30th October... as you can imagine being from Derry/Londonderry I'll be having a halloween themed birthday party for him. It's a really big deal over here so I'll have to get back on the wagon and make sure I'm a yummy mummy for DS's birthday party.

    What date is yours Honey?
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.

HTH - Consultant, sorry for answering on your behalf :o

Thanks for that Honey, and I'm sorry I wasn't here to answer your query KatiePC.

I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself this morning, woke up with a sore throat and a drippy nose, so stand well away from your computers cos last time someone had a cold it spread through us all, if I remember right.

:bdaycake: Have a lovely birthday Delly!
