Just lay the fillets separately on a couple of large bits of tin foil, dot with butter or garlic butter, or drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle over some dill, or fresh/dried herbs (italian mix is good) Scrunch the ends of the foil up to make a loose parcel and cook at 180 for about 25 mins. Serve with boiled jersey potatoes and buttered carrots, and maybe a home made hollandaise sauce?
I have to say, I prefer steamed salmon fillets...only takes 8 mins. I serve it on a bed of cos lettuce, with caesar salad dressing drizzled all over...it's gorgeous.Life.

Bring it on! :j0 -
i always lay mine on some chopped spring onions then drizzle with oil and a splash of white wine then wrap in foil and cook for around 20mins.
Alternatively I use microwave steam bags ( lake;and) and they take about 3 minutes!0 -
i sprinkle mine with dried herbs, and then a liberal amount of grated parmesan, open grill for 10 minutes, amazing0
-
I smother mine in pesto and just bake in oven, seems to keep them moist0

As above I prefer plain and simple but if you want something special this is lovely and easy:

Hi jcr16,
If I want to bake salmon fillets I put them onto tin foil and add a little white wine and then top each fillet with a slice of lemon. Fold the tin foil over and scrunch to seal and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
There's an earlier thread with lots of different ideas on how to bake salmon fillets so I'll add your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.
