Likewise, I also use Firefox. It seems they have 'issues'.0 -

I just tried again! It worked!
Did you press the arrow on the left, not the words "Transfer money in"?
When you press the arrow on the left, it shows two options.
If anything wrong, I think it might be your account not fully opened yet??0 -

Hi,
I'm having trouble applying for the Post Office Online Saver. I get to the end and a message says, "Your application: We are currently processing your application and will be in touch in due course." but I get no confirmation email and nothing happens. I telephoned and was told there was no record of my application. So I applied again: same result (nothing!). I was using Google Chome, so I switched to Internet Explorer - same result.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks,
Mike0 -
my post office account was fully opened the other day but when i try to move money via my linked account i get a message telling me that a direct debate has not been set up. does the post office set this up or is it down to me to do it? if it's down to me then what do i need to do? thanks in advance.0

Yup, Further to my earlier post recording a system failure I tried again sometime later and got the same message that you received. I haven't bother to follow it up yet by phone.............. Frankly I've got to the stage where I just issue a formal complaint when this sort of thing happens and when I get a load of guff/corporate twaddlespeak back just refer it to the FOS: - it seems to get the message across.0
