The one reply so far is not from a senior member.0 -
makes me think and stigy you could shed some light on this for me i allways woundered as so many tickets are given out eagerly by people such as yourselfs is it commission based like you get £2.50 for every ticket issued?
because if it isnt then why bother issueing scrap paper on vehicles? you could however just dump your INVOICE book in the recycling bin for it to be re-used for something more important like toilet paper!, youd still get paid and be ECO friendly at the same time!0 -

Away 5 mins from a thread and look what happens!!
Think everyone needs to step back and have a deep breath
Seems to me everyone is arguing at cross purposes here, so let me tell you how it is.
PPC tickets as we all know are unenforceable, whether from Stigy or Perky, makes no difference. Stigy does not have the option to swop between this type of ticket and the Byelaw tickets which are enforceable. Car park can only be covered by one, not both.
Railway employees can caution people.
In certain circumstances railway staff can detain people. (though not for parking) see http://www.statutelaw.gov.uk/content.aspx?activeTextDocId=1061373
I think Stigy was wrong regarding to state he would swop between the PPC ticket and section 14 if people mouthed off, cause he can't.
I think since then people have been arguing at cross purposes.
Summary.
Railway byelaws should be scrapped (private companies setting laws?)0 -
