Not just to kids, no. I am an Accredited Person, much like an REO, but I'm not employed by Southeastern Trains, but another TOC. I report people for byelaw offences, as well as Regulation of Railway Act offences. I also issue PNDs for certain minor offences and 'invoices' in Station car parks as a small sideline :D

I find it funny how somebody can claim to 'manage' more stations than somebody he's never met and has no idea where be works or what company he works for.

Thats because my title is group station manager numb nuts.

Go into the motoring thread and look for the smoking fine thread. Thats how a parking bylaw infringement gets dealt with. Not with a pcn

What were we talking about to get on to the subject of you managing stations? I can't remember, but I'm sure you were saying that you managed loads of stations, and saying how many were coverewd by the byelaws. If that is the case, it matters not that you actually 'manage' stations anyway, as that wasn't the point. I 'cover' plenty of them. ;)

    My statement therefore still stands.

Amazing, Roxburgh have changed there letter format.

Had one today for £130 as I 'failed' to pay on time - one thing that's changed is in the letter it states 'CIVIL' looks like they've been shaken up - and this was a Train Station Car Park - so the rule still applies, ignore oaf's that put scraps of paper on your car and litter, don't pay and don't let them extort your money.
