One of the "group" of OPC cases is being heard today, I believe.

That can't be right, I thought the advice was to ignore demands. Maybe the PPCs have been spying this thread and feel more empowered than ever.:D

At the end of the day though, it's all about recovering money. It's damn hard to get someone to pay even when you have a CCJ against them - I know. Plenty of people will be happy having a CCJ on their record for 6 years. I certainly wouldn't be fussed considering I already have a mortgage and loans go through a relative.

i bet they still pay the courts costs + legals though, which are not something to be sneezed at. Hardly a financial win situation for the respondant, but what value do you put on depriving the blood suckers their money = priceless.:)

I agree with you though, pushing it up the ladder to recover the money would be adventurous and not necessarily good business practice.

Do you have any other cases than those involving CPS the (judgement) transcripts of which may be obtained from a site that might be deemed to be rather more impartial than the claimants?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

OPC are one of the few PPCs who are pro-active, but they have lost many of their cases.

So twelve there the earliest April 2007. Assuming these are genuine? Reading the transcripts of the cases it seems the only argument was the signing. Except one were the Judge addressed the issue of a penalty.

Still not a very good ratio if you think since 2007 maybe 2 to 3 million invoices issued?

    Enough said really.
