You sound very much like you're claiming to be a british transport police officer, but it seems you're not as otherwise you would have said so.

whats that didnt 'google search' show you a job title and the relevant qualifications to go with that job:rotfl:

never mind im sure we all here believe u ;)
As I said, read some railway legislation. The Byelaws are a good starting point. Here's a tip, go right to the back and read the definitions! If you want the only further evidence I'm prepared to supply, go over to the CAG forums and seach my name there.

Are you just not reading my posts properly, or turning a blind eye? I do not just deal with Cap Parks. That is a SMALL, MINUTE, MINISCULE part of my role.[/QUOTE

And you complain about my posts?

There is a name for people like that ;)

I have read your posts within this thread and you still do not get the point so I repeat it, in order for you

    1) Invoices issued at a private car park or train station not covered by section 14 of the Railway bylaw are not enforceable and are 100% unenforceable

    2) Detaining a person if you do not have the correct power to do so, which you do not, is a criminal offence of 'False Imprisonment' and in some serious cases can also be seen in a court of law as 'Abduction' - perhaps you need to read the law

    http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manual/kidnapping_false_imprisonment/

Which carries a maximum sentence of 8 years imprisonment

    3) Reporting a invoice as a bylaw offence at a train station not covered by section 14 of the Railway bylaw is fraud and again, a criminal offence as such.

    4) Your posts are incorrect, ill informed and lack evidence and proof along with completely and utterly, 100% wrong regards the law side

    5) You have been reported to Site Admin, and information has been supplied to them if they feel your posts need to go further, i.e the Police, as you have admitted commiting serious offences to which other users on this thread have witnessed.

Now, don't you think you need to recharge those batteries in your 'tape recorder' for tomorrow :p

    Oh dear.

    1. I'm not saying in situations whereby a station car park isn't covered by the Byelaws, you can report offenders willy-nilly. I'm saying, in a rhetorical sense, that if somebody even didn't realise this was the case, that it wouldn't get beyond the Prosecutions Department.

    2. I'm fully aware that detention is illegal in most circumstances.

    3. Refer to answer 1. If it got that far, it would get thrown out...end of story.

    4. Rubbish

    5. Ditto

    1) He/She is either someone who thought after doing so much reading of this part of the tread they would come here and state information that is not true nor correct but did, to either cause disruption or gain a post count

    2) He/She is a car park employee (NOT Police officer) who has been advised they may need to let them go due to the amount of people now knowing invoices cannot and will not be enforced

    3) He/She enjoys the attention

Now folks, you can either pick, 1 2 or all 3, or maybe more ;)

    I'll leave you decide :p

    1) You have happily and openly admitted you would lie and be dishonest regards reporting a person for a non existent Railway section 14 bylaw, to which is fraud and you are happy to commit such.
The case would not be thrown out, maybe once or twice but after the CPS (Crown Prosecution Services) gained a file against you/a company, it would mount a formal investigation by your local Major crimes unit for such offences.

    2) Yes, and in your alleged employment, it is

3/4) Not rubbish, it's fact and others here agree and have witnessed such ill informed squiggle.

    5) I sincerely hope that the law, Trading standards and Police catch up with you in the very near future as your scam is named and shamed and it's a matter of time till your actions are caught up with and action is taken.

I really can't say anything more to be honest. I'm telling the truth, and all I have said is far from dishonest. Maybe this thread should be moved out of this section so some better informed members (Ie; not you guys) can comment on it. I must say, I'm seeing a less loyal following of you in other threads, Sassy!
