Thanks ZTD. I saw that when I logged in this morning, I listed two items last night and I have 2 bids out of 10 which is awesome. I had a dream I was heavy the other night....I had a lot of boxes on my shoulders! Its amazing how much junk can make you some money...it all helps. Also im planning to move to a bigger city next year so I have to fill a car of my guitars/amp and clothes etc. I am hitting the wardrbobe as there are boxes of stuff and sports wear I couod use for my Running!0

OK I've taken advantage of the Free Listing day and am so sick of lisiting will leave it for a few days.....also Ive run out of packaging, used to have loads but now Ive sold a few things so will have to look around in poundland see if they have any going cheap..
Also we have a local stationers will see they can cut me a deal......I now have a huge box by the sofa with items that are partially packaged up but at least if we have visitors I can just lift the box :rotfl:
Not a lot to report just can't wait for any of those items to go.....seems I have a never ending appointment with Ebay at the minute. I am glad Ive done it and used the free lisiting day. Will start finding more stuff to Ebay soon.....0 -
This week I am off on holiday and staying at home so plenty of time to declutter! The good news is at least half my ebay items listed yesterday have bids on them!! So ebay must be getting busier. There are somethings I didnt think would sell and the other ones have watchers!!
I checked my Tesco statement and the interest was £9.72:eek:
and the last time I spent on it was the 7th Feb
I hope to never spend on it again unless it was a dire emergency!!
Got a letter from Mr T's offering 0% on balance transfers on my existing card for six months. I must admit I am tempted because my 0% on Santander expires April and it means not having to apply for a credit card to improve my credit score. What do you guys think?
I have decided to cancel my PPI next month when the 3rd to last loan payment is taken, that means Im 2 months unprotected. That would save me £28.50!
Sorry about the long post guys .....will be in Glasgow in the next two days at a My Chemical Romance gig (paid by Mr Credit Card:() so wont post for a day or so...seeyas!0 -
Just got back from Glasgow and pretty pleased with myself. I didnt a lot at all. I brought a T shirt and programme, had my own lunch only got dinner and brought my own cereal and milk for breakfast!!
Took £20 out as spending money and came back with £4. Also came back and got a nice email from Quidco saying I have been paid £5 into my savings account (and will take out to pay off Credit Card).
Just need to pay for food for a week and theres a few bits in the freezer so may use that up, so far a good month. I also realised that I may be able to make "move" next April. If I pay Tesco off in May. Balance Transfer Santander in April and start repaying that 2nd Credit Card in June. By Dec it could be completely paid off that gives me 4 months to save which is possible. So the more work I do now the better....off to find stuff to Ebay!.....0 -
Hi all, hows everyone doing? I am on a high right now quite a few Ebay sales going well, have a few bits going tomorrow and few more gone yesterday and posted already. I have £24 in Paypal now and more to come tomorrow. Im getting quite fired up.
I had my hair cut yesterday and she only charged me £20 instead of £25 because she didnt have change:T but it'll probably £30 next time :rotfl:So far I am in my overdraft but only £3 but I have to get a mates bday present will be £5 and food but there's plenty in the freezer so I should be ok! Payday is Friday. Will get Paypal to transfer funds this week and then will see where I am at!0 -
Hi everyone, how is everyone? Not really posted anything, not a lot happening. Paid £50 off my Tesco cc and £16.70 off my Santander cc. Phoned Tesco for my loan and got it confirmed my last payment is 1st May...so its the Final Countdown! Then I can attack the cards properly. I've got £60 coming from Paypal next week so will pay even more off!:j
I want Tesco cc paid off by May so that is my goal and I see Ebay is doing a free listing weekend so a few more bits will go on this weekend. So the aim is to get the Tesco cc to £350 this month!:D
On the Half Marathon front training is going well last Sunday I ran 11 miles which I am really pleased about this weekend I aim for 12 miles and then I can start tapering and resting:)0 -
Ok so far £71 has been paid off, but I will have to refund a Ebayer on Monday as one of my items havent arrived:mad: but will reclaim from Royal Mail!
Still have £19 to pay off Tesco when the statement comes in so its going down nicely! Also 3rd to last payment has come off the loan so its getting closer to being loan free. :j
I now need to apply for a BT as it expires 23rd April and gives me planty of time to apply for it and get the balance cleared. Off to update my sig x0 -
An update, have cancelled my PPI so thats £14.25 extra in my pocket next month. I also paid £19 off the Tesco card so thats it down to over £411, I have also paid over £190 since my last statement, result :j
Have applied for a BT with Post Office Credit Card for 12 months but I have figured out if I keep going the way Im gooing I'll be debt free by the end of the year :T0 -
Hi everyone, hows it going ok not a lot going on at the moment been quite skint recently apart from the party I went to two weeks ago lol!
This month has been quite hard so I have re-started the Ebay sale. I have been thinking that finding a band in the Highlands is very hard especially an all female band so have taken the decision to move down to either Glasgow or Edinburgh havent quite decided but I have to get out of here basically so am trying to move in 6months which will be the end of October.
I cant really move with all this debt and I will be need a lot of savings I reckon £2000 plus so I have a lot of work to do, have I biten more than I chew? I dont think so. But I have a lot of work to do. So I am cancelling the gym since its coming to summer I dont need to go and I have my bike.
Also the partying is getting cut back and I am applying for a 2nd job. Ebay is taking a battering I have endless amounts of stuff I can sell, with the Ebaying so far I have dismantled two boxes! May the hard work begin!0 -
