Hey whats the best way to get rid of a frosted windscreen in the morning. Cold tap water? De-icer and scraper?

    +1

Any card will do.. Or start the engine and use the demisters (windscreen setting on dial)

I wouldn't use cold water as if it's frozen you'll just increase the ice layer

.Does that mean we are all inbred

    for scraping it.:rotfl:

Personally, i go out 5 minutes earlier, get the car going incl the demister, to warm the windscreen, if its not ready by the time i want to go just some cold water, (because the windscreen in warm, it wont freeze again.

(use your second key to lock the car while its on the drive though.)
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Cold tap water with a pinch of salt, and a credit card to scrape the ice off.

How about putting a cover over your windscreen the night before.

Boiling water?.....That was a joke, honest, lol!

I tend just to put the demister on with the engine running and/or use deicer when necessary!

BTW, just in case anybody wants to boil their kettle, dont!
