Unlike many of those who seem to frequent the OS board, I can, and do, post autonomously. We dont all follow the philosophy of "kick one and they all limp".;)

On a purely practical point - I am a bit puzzled by the phrase "I no longer read that posters posts".

I dont quite understand how a Board Guide can do their job unless they read all the posts that come up on "their" particular Board?????

Have I understood that correctly that you have "that poster" (ie MrsE) set on "ignore"? - or do you skim past their posts?

I certainly understand why any of us might wish to "ignore" or skim past posts by posters who we dont like or who dont like us or who disagree with us (delete as applicable) - but I dont understand how a Board Guide can fulfil their "duties" in that capacity if they do that???

Are you kidding me? I wouldn;t have enough hours to do that if MSE paid me a full time rate, let alone as a volunteer

I'm a volunteer to help the board(s) run smoothly but don't read every post.

Forgive me, but I'm not prepared to get dragged into another wrangle, so I'll leave the debate for another time.

Hope you enjoy the cake - but it was very naughty of you to take such a large piece and not even wish me HB :rotfl::rotfl: There are now 2 of them on this page, so there'll be plenty for second helpings, for kindly posters :beer:
