Board guides personal posts

Board guides do a terrific job & can I be the first to express my gratitude for the (unpaid) job they do.
But I do think there is a fine line between their official posts & their personal posts.
I think perhaps it would be clearer if the board guide official sig was only used in board guide official posts & not in their personal posts, as it lends an air of authority to their personal posts (despite what the small print says) & if these are negative it can give the green light for others to jump on the bandwagon.
What do you think?
Should they always act impartial?
Or is it ok to express opinions & leave the prefect badge (:D) in the post or should they make their personal posts as civvies?
One again can I express my gratitude for their volunteer work on MSE:T

I agree, I think they should take the sig out. Mind you, if it were me I'd keep forgetting!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
