This is normal IMHO. I don't agree with everyone on here. I'm not always right either though and I think that's part of the beauty of the forums. However, people can be interpreted wrongly as sarcasim and written 'speech' doesn't come over well in print on a screen IYSWIM. But not everyone on here is a best buddy, nor do I know them very well (even those posters I've 'known' for years). And I can be a bit senstive at times so try to remind myself to take things with a pinch of salt and just avoid the post or poster that has offended me :rotfl:

People who are braver than me sometimes call people on what they have posted - thats up to them. I prefer fluffy pictures - and judging by your previous efforts I reckon you do to ;)

(did any of that come out right?)

It all came out spiffingly... and I whole heartedly agree....

I think perhaps I should just learn to read with a pinch of the sodium :rotfl:

And yes I much prefer fluffy pictures..... and I dont care who knows it! :A

L is down for second nap of the day....can I get my cakes done do we think or shall I continue to sit on my back parts....:T?
Just finished wrapping up presents to send at the weekend.

I sent DH out to get some soup and stovies. He's taking ages and I'm hungry and wanting soup :(
  • Thanks Aless - it's just another sign that she's growing up, I am very proud of what we've achieved though especially as my body let me down in every other way when it came to children.

I am fed up, I found a lovely dressing gown for Katie at Debenhams on line yesterday and because my stupid cheque hadn't cleared couldn't buy it and they didn't take electron on line, and now it's sold out :(
Proud to be dealing with my debts

Oh dear. I can't keep track of what spin they've fed you...it's not possible they did actually post it then? :(
Since they franked it in their office on the Friday they can't have posted it earlier that week.

  • Tia - I love soup when I'm not feeling well, it's real comfort food (but - sorry to be ignorant - what are stovies?).

Susan is there any chance they might have sent a second copy on Friday? *clutches at straws*

He had to go into town to get money. But bought some beef olives for dinner.

Stovies is lorne sausage, potatoes and carrots (turnip optional) in a thick gravy. Proper stodgy winter food.

Given all their other inaccuracies and misleading stements I doubt it.
