Sorry all- we have been a poorly and tired household, which means I haven't had the time or energy for reading/catching up. Hugs to all that need then and I hope all the poorly babies and mummies get better soon and everyone gets a good nights sleep.0

SS - Hurrah for husband's promotion, though I'm sorry you're not feeling too good.
R.mac - Happy third anniversary!
Gill - I'm sorry I'm of no help at all with eczema. Cinema trip sounds great - what are you going to see?
Susan, I never thought I would be really pleased to hear that someone felt sick, but I actually am! Not the feeling sick bit as such, but you know...
Ml - I'm pleased hubby's helping - My hubby never thinks to do the bottles for me.
Well, hubby is back at work today, but A is still at home with me as she has to be off school for 48 hours after being sick. While I understand that, and I really don't want to spread her germs, she is driving me loopy as she feels fine and is currently bouncing off the walls. I just wish I could harness that energy to help me finish the last of the packing! I'm really suffering from lack of motivation - I'd much rather be on here and facebook. I managed to take a load of stuff to the charity shop earlier and I've cleaned the bathroom - so that's one room down, the rest of the house to go....Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

Liam usually reacts within a couple of hours - but the dietician told me it can take upto 24hrs for a reaction to show. There could also be other factors, teething, temperature, changes in the air -hot/cold, having the heating on more.
Not really....I just feel a bit clueless doing my own little "tests" and could do with some proper advice I guess. Thanks for the offer - if I have any questions I'll definitely send them your way...or if you think of anything that might be beneficial then please tell me,
CAFC - I feelabout this thread. After recent happenings I think the fb page has become very popular and people are posting there instead of here. I've been guilty of it myself as you do get an answer much faster on there but I don't get the same satisfaction (?) from it. I think it's because you don't get the same level if detail or such long posts as you do on here.

another question. Asking it here as I don't know where else to ask it!
I did a couple of boots online orders during the extra points weekend bonanza. I ordered something which now its here isn't what I htought it was (a toy so not consumable or with a BBE). I want to return it, but don't want to loose out on the points I earned. I'd happily exchange to keep the value the same as there is still a couple of things I need to buy for christmas. Am I able to do this? Am I going to loose the points anyway? how best to solve my problem? thanksr.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -
Redstar - we're going to see Harry Potter
We weren't sure when we were going to fit it in so I'm really pleased.
HAve you got Freddie with you as well? I was just thinking last night that I don't know how you're managing to get sooooo much done! Especially with a poorly hubbie and A as well. Glad to hear they're better, hope you and Freddie stay well!Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -

I don't think it will affect your points, have they already gone on your card?Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -
Morning all, I'm here - unfortuantely I can't be anywhere else cos of the bloomin snow/ice situation outside. Still can't get the pram out and daren't go far with E in the sling in case I slip - I dread the school run. How's everyone else coping? I think I may be going mad!
Meant to take baby to be weighed at the clinic today but I really can't be bothered to go out in the cold again and its parents evening tonight which I really am not looking forward to.
I was going to take E today but figure its best not to with the weather here, I'll take her next week. I'm not at all worried so I'm sure one week won't hurt.PS Its my 3rd wedding anniversary today
Happy anniversary - are you doing anything nice.

Harry Potter - lovely! I want to see that too, but Hubby doesn't want to watch it and then wait for a year to see the second part, so he won't go. Hope you have a lovely time (and let me know if it's as good as the others, please).
Yep, I've got Freddie too, but to be honest he's the easier one - he'll happily sit and chew on his sophie and play with his telephone while I try and pack around him. He also sleeps during the day. Amelie however, 'wants to help', and that's what leads to me pulling my hair out. Oh well, better get her lunch and then try and pack up the kitchen! Fish and chips tonight and tomorrow, I think!Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'
