Is there a health centre near you, you know the kind that does drop in and you don't need to be a patient of theirs to be seen? Sometimes it is easier to just open up to people who you know you never have to see again (like people on the internet)
Can I ask if you are a regular poster on MSE (who wants to remain anonymous) or if you have just joined? No need to answer me!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

That's okay too winterdays. if you aren't ready to talk then no-one is here to make you. If you want to talk to us on here that's fine. If you want to actually talk, but annonymously, then
The Miscarriage Association also offers support and information: visit their website, or try their telephone helpline on 01924 200799.r.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -
RMAC Erin has exactly the same phrase right now and its driving me up the wall!!! I have a major problem with her shouting at me and she gets really wound up. I cant seem to calm her and then it builds into a tantrum, not sure how to tackle this as ignoring it also makes it worse.
We braved the snow and managed to get milk and other bits and pieces, just as well as there is still nothing in the local shop and its still snowing!
winterdays your Hv or doc can refer you to counselling or they can even spend time to talk through things with you. I have found talking to be a great help and a lot of the time it can help rule out the use of medication or even help alongside. What's for you won't go past you0 -

Did you manage to get many photos before it went? Alice's first Winter we only had it for one day so we rushed outside to take lots of pictures of her in it:

hi everyone!
have had no internet  all sorted now though
havent been to well....full of cold, cough and earache. Kian has been ill as well. same things but all the mucus/phlegm was making him throw up. He's only just started to eat again.
still not walking on his own (lazy) but will walk from me to DH and vice versa although its more like he's running/throwing himself at us. am not bothered though as i know he can walk---he will walk holding one hand and flies aroung with his v-tech walker. just wont do it on his own.
and i spoke to my Dr about what i need to do with my meds if we want to TTC. So once/if we make the decision i have to this time be on the right BP tablets before i get PG. and my BP needs to be under control as well. So he said it wuld take bout 5 months in total before we could start TTC. I would also be consultant led again because of my BP. which i dont really mind as i get extra scans...as long as i dont end up in hospital again....
So how is everyone??'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
To be honest, there wasn't enough snow for that - just enough to take my earlier pic and then it went
