I wouldn't worry Jillie, I'm sure by the time he's 15 he'll have left the Vtech walker behind ;)

Aimee came in from school, went straight into the garden to make a snowman, but then came in crying because she couldn't get the carrot to stick in it's head lol... I showed her how to build the head around the carrot...

And Caitlyn told me she loved me today :D Well... She actually said "iyuvoo" but it was in reply to me saying "I love you" to her so I'm claiming it!

She's been really funny today, sat on my knee cuddling me all morning, didn't make any fuss in the pushchair to the midwife, sat quiet as a mouse through the whole appointment and didn't even try to take her gloves off! And then... I put her down for a nap at 1:27, she didn't make a peep... At 5:07 I had a mini Mummy panic and went and made loads of noise on the landing... She was fine though... All very strange... Like she's not very well, but no other signs of illness...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Caspie - I always open a reply in a new tab so I can read and reply at the same time.
Bear suits - H&m had them, I got mine from pumpkin patch and I've recently seen them in asda. They have monkey suits too lol. IMO they're not warm enough for outside in current weather. T wears his as a dressing gowm or in car. I got a lovely outdoors one from Sainsburys.

Shameless pic :) (so sorry, I dont know how to make it small - anyone?)

winterdays your Hv or doc can refer you to counselling or they can even spend time to talk through things with you. I have found talking to be a great help and a lot of the time it can help rule out the use of medication or even help alongside.
The thought of talking about it is one of the things which makes me feel like I can't see someone about it.

Been a busy day so just had a quick skim catch up. *hugs* to all who need them especially CAFC and Winterdays xx

Had to dig the car out again this morning and get hubby to push me out of our street. Parked in the first supermarket and got stuck in the snow. Luckily a nice man pushed me out.

Roads were awful at first but got better as the day went on. Newcastle city centre had snow and ice on the pavements, but ladies were still in high heels and trying not to fall over?!

There were loads of Police as the students were planning another demo, so the atmosphere was a bit iffy. Just did my jobs and came home.

Took Charlotte for her pre-school booster jabs this afternoon. She had to have one in each thigh. She didn't cry at all and watched the nurse put the needles in. He said she was the bravest one he'd seen in a long time and she deserved a special treat. I agreed and she said she wanted pie and chips for tea :rotfl:

    It's snowing again here.
Here I go again on my own....

She's class. I wonder if she'll remember it when she's older - I can remember having mine but I was nearly four so a little bit older.

It is me but I am worried that my GP wouldn't count it as PND after miscarriage or that he won't take it seriously or that I'm just making it up.

I was going to suggest the helpline that Rmac posted. Hugs for you, and I am sure a good GP would definitely take it seriously.

Funnily enough Henry had his 12 month jab today and he didn't make a peep. He grinned the whole time and the nurse doing it and the student nurse in the room couldn't believe it. He just wasn't bothered at all. I was :rotfl: at him!

    Yay for more baby pics!

It's snowing again here, too. Wonder if more will accumulate overnight. One downside of working 2 minutes away is no excuses for bad weather! :p

  • Phew. I'm all christmas party menu'd out. I've taken over trying to book one for the family meal (MIL has been trying to find somewhere, but I'm not at work tomorrow and she is, so it is my turn ;) ) ... I've just made a list of 12 places to phone tomorrow, and have made myself hungry looking at all the menus. And discovered the place that was going to be at the top of my list has gone bust :(

If that fails I will have to start calling round village halls, then rally the troops to do a pot luck thing. (Or as a last resort that see if we can invade my parents house, seeing as they can easily accomodate 20, but that doesn't seem very fair for the In laws family!)

I felt like that and once i started to talk i couldnt stop, even at the end of the first session there was so much more i wanted to say. Sometimes writing it down or just getting it out helps so much, it really is like having a weight lifted from you. My PM box is always open if you need to chat etc. Building this up inside you with no outlet can only lead to an explosion and they are not good believe me been there done that and scrapped OHs car :rotfl:
